Cancellation Policy
📌 Cancellations & No-Shows
• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• No-call, no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may be restricted from future bookings.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and subject to the no-show fee.
📌 Refund Policy
• All sales and services are non-refundable. Please ensure you are satisfied with your service before leaving your appointment.
📌 Lash Fixes & Adjustments
• If you experience any issues with your lashes, a fix must be requested within 48 hours of your appointment. After this timeframe, a new appointment and additional charges will apply.
